Attended Park College, George Washington University, KU, Middlebury College, University of Leningrad, and Northwest Missouri State University. Hold degrees (one B.A., three M.A.s) in Slavic Languages and Literature, Soviet and East European Studies, and English. Retired university senior instructor; currently farm wife, sister, aunt, godmother, foodie, traveler, blessed with many friends.
